Blazexa Comprehensive Refund Policy

At Blazexa, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that various situations may arise during online shopping, and therefore, we have developed the following detailed refund policy to ensure that your rights are fully protected.

No-Reason Returns

In accordance with the Hong Kong E-commerce Ordinance, you can apply for a refund without stating any reason within **14 calendar days** of receiving the product. We will process the full refund within **7 business days** after receiving the returned item.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method or account you used. If you paid in cash, we will refund you via bank transfer or by mailing a check.

Exceptions

The following cases are not eligible for no-reason returns:

1. Product has been used or damaged** – If the product has been used or shows visible damage, it will not meet the conditions for a no-reason return. This includes, but is not Limited to:
– Damage to the product’s appearance, functionality, or performance
– Removal or loss of product labels, tags, or packaging
– Missing product accessories or components
2. Product packaging or labels have been torn or removed** – If the product’s packaging or labels have been torn or removed, we will be unable to verify the original condition, and it will not qualify for a no-reason return.
3. Product is a custom or personalized item** – For products customized according to the customer’s individual needs, they cannot be resold, and therefore, do not qualify for a no-reason return.
4. Product is a perishable item or other special product unsuitable for return** – For perishable items, cosmetics, or other special products, we cannot accept returns to ensure product quality and hygiene safety.

Return Procedure

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, log in to your Blazexa account or contact our customer service team to submit a return request. Please provide the order number, product information, and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and relevant instructions. Please ship the product back to the specified address in its original, undamaged condition, and keep the shipping proof.
3. After we receive the returned product, we will process the full refund within 7 business days. If the product does not meet the conditions for a no-reason return, we will promptly communicate with you and provide alternative solutions.

– When returning a product, please ensure it is in its original, undamaged condition, including the appearance, functionality, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products.
